AUSTIN, TEXAS (June 28, 2012) – Journyx today announces the new Journyx Customer Training Webinar series, launching on July 11, which is designed to ensure that customers have the latest best practices to get optimal value out of their investment in Journyx software. The free webinars will be presented on a monthly basis and archived on the Journyx website forever.

July 2012: Journyx Timesheet Reporting
Reporting is one of the primary reasons many companies invest in Journyx. In this webinar, we will review the standard reporting tool in Journyx Timesheet to make sure that customers understand everything they need to know to run any type of report.
August 2012: Using Journyx Remotely via the Journyx Mobile App
The Journyx mobile app allows customers to fill out their Journyx timesheet from anywhere using their smartphone. In this webinar, we will review everything customers need to know about our mobile app.
September 2012: Creating and Managing Approvals and Emails in Journyx
This webinar is for any customer that needs a refresher course on managing approvals or would like to get tips on sending reminder emails to employees to ensure timesheets are turned in on time. In this webinar, we will review the steps needed to create and manage approval templates including reminder emails and late notifications.
October 2012: Using Journyx Groups and Project Column Dependencies to Customize User Access and Reduce Errors
Journyx Groups are used to provide specific levels of access for each person who uses the Journyx system. In this webinar, we will review the steps for setting up and configuring Groups. Additionally, we will cover set up of Project Column Dependencies, which allow customers to further customize access based on valid project selections for time and expense entry.
November 2012: The Journyx Accrual Calculator Tool
Accruals - vacation, PTO, sick time, jury duty, and the like - are critical aspects of employee time but can be difficult to manage. In this webinar, we will review the Journyx Accrual Calculator.
December 2012: Using the Projectlink Integration to Keep Journyx In Sync with Microsoft Project and Project Server
Journyx Projectlink provides customers with an interface for tracking detailed project information from any place at any time. In this webinar, we will provide an overview of how Projectlink manages data between Journyx Timesheet/Journyx ProjectXecute and Microsoft Project/Project Server.
