Journyx Approval Groups^TM expands standard Journyx Timesheet group management capabilities. Approval Groups allows a single person to manage large groups of employees who do not have the ability to enter time data themselves. From group scheduling to automatic approvals, our customers use Approval Groups to capture repetitive time data while adjusting for exceptions.

Create custom groups and auto-populate their timesheets with customer-defined group schedules. Automatically approve all open timesheets within a selected group and review error logs containing individual timesheets in need of correction.
