Parsons Brinckerhoff

SafeNet

Epic Land uses Timesheet primarily for employee time tracking, but also for billing, payroll, invoicing and project management. Timesheet provides Epic Land with a single repository for employee time and feeds data into Quickbooks where the data is used to generate billing and payroll.

Journyx helps Pedersen & Pedersen gather accurate invoicing data in a single location so that it can easily be recalled. This enables the company to consistently deliver invoices in a timely manner. StaffTechs

Journyx helps Liz Claiborne analyze where employee time is being spent against projects, and accurately report time for capital versus maintenance projects for accounting purposes. Since implementing Journyx Timesheet, Liz Claiborne has better information from a project planning perspective and can now challenge estimates based on actuals for similar projects.

PFSweb

Journyx helped PFSweb by providing an over-night implementation cycle, non-existent support requirements, user-friendly ubiquitous browser-based interface and best-in-class features. Journyx also provided PFSweb a variable cost model which enabled them to pay for the software on a per-user basis rather than paying a large up-front license fee. PFSweb was able to convert its entire IT development and operations staff to Journyx overnight and cut its overhead associated with time tracking and reporting by more than 70 percent the first month.

Telelogic

Approximately 50 members of the Professional Service teams in North America and another 10 in Australia enter time and expense data against projects using Journyx Timesheet. An additional 250-plus employees use Timesheet to report expenses. Using Timesheet's file attachment feature, Telelogic has eliminated all handling of paper receipts. The benefits are significant. GEES

In regards to real results from using Timesheet, GEES estimates that entering employee time in Excel cost the company approximately $900.00 per month in data entry costs. Using Journyx Timesheet, GEES' billing increased significantly due to being able to keep track of time spent on projects, and by tracking reimbursable costs more accurately.
