Journyx Disconnected User
Journyx Disconnected User™expands standard Journyx Timesheet data capture capabilities. Disconnected User allows employees in the field to enter their critical tracking data without being connected to the Internet. Through the innovative application of technology, email forms can be used for time, expense, and mileage entry, as well as project creation. From airplanes to client sites without Internet access, our customers use Disconnected User to access Journyx Timesheet at anytime, from anywhere in the world.
- Request time, expense, mileage, and/or project creation forms for a specified time period and user environment be sent to a designated email account.
- Enter data in downloaded email forms and save them to the local system.
- Send completed forms via return email for synchronization with the Timesheet database when Internet access is again available.
