Support Ending for Versions of Journyx Timesheet Prior to 4.6m2
Effective Monday, February 16th, 2004, Journyx has discontinued support for all Journyx Timesheet versions prior to 4.6m2. Please note that there is no cost to upgrade a standard Timesheet installation from any 4.x version to 4.6m2 provided that you have a current maintenance contract with Journyx.
If you are using a version of Timesheet prior to 4.6m2 and are using custom tools that were delivered by the Journyx Professional Services Team, please contact your account representative at sales@journyx.com to get more information on upgrading.
Journyx stops supporting previous versions of its products from time to time in order to guarantee that overall support of its product suite is of the highest caliber. Where bugs are found, Journyx puts significant effort into adding improvements and patches to the existing releases instead of publishing a new version. However, new versions introduce new functionality that improves the performance of the product as a whole. As a result, customers benefit from upgrading to more recent releases.
The remaining supported releases include:
- Timesheet 5.6
- Timesheet 5.5.2
- Timesheet 5.5m1
- Timesheet 5.0m3
- Timesheet 4.6m2
The current public release, Timesheet 5.6, has been widely tested in customer production environments and is a stable and robust product that sets new standards in the Project Time and Expense Tracking market. For your convenience and continued quality support, we encourage you to make the transition to a newer version of Journyx Timesheet if you are still using a version prior to 4.6m2.
