That's why we offer a number of one hour classes that focus on key tasks without dragging you away from your real work for any longer than absolutely necessary.

• Running Reports
  This private one hour class will discuss your reporting needs and the best way reach those reporting goals. We will review the standard reporting tool and the different formatting options.
• Journyx Accountlink Training
  This private one hour class is a step-by-step training class that takes you through the features and functionality of Journyx Accountlink, our Timesheet/QuickBooks integration. This class will show you how to use Journyx Accountlink to maximize your billing and bookkeeping effectiveness with Timesheet and QuickBooks.
• Journyx Projectlink Training
  This private one hour class is a step-by-step training class that takes you through the features and functionality of Journyx Projectlink, our Timesheet/MS-Project integration. This class will show you how to use Journyx Projectlink to maximize your project management effectiveness with Timesheet and MS-Project.
• Creating and Managing Groups
  This private one hour class will discuss Groups, specific to your business needs and Timesheet installation. We will review how to create Groups, how to manage them, and determine the best configuration for your business needs.

• Creating New Users and Approval Processes
  This private one hour class will discuss creating new users and approval processes, specific to your business needs and Timesheet installation. We will review how to create new users, how to manage them, how to create approval processes, and determine the best approval configuration for your business needs.
• Import Tool Training
  This private one hour class will review what functionality the import tools bring to Journyx. We will look closely at the file formats needed, how to create those files, and the process of how to import the files correctly into Timesheet.
• Managing and Altering Time Periods
  This private one hour class will discuss how to change time periods within Journyx Timesheet. We will review your configuration of Timesheet; discuss the different options, and detail a process as to how to make the time period change.
• Special Topics
  This private one hour class may be pre-arranged with an instructor to provide training to cover special topics and issues of interest to customers.
