The company works with its people on a continual basis to ensure that objectives/milestones are being met and that they are getting the support that they need. It also brings its consultants together for various functions to share ideas and to promote the concept of working collectively as a consulting team, resulting in a talented and efficient workforce that is able to meet all client needs.
Prior to implementing Journyx Timesheet, Dimensional Strategies was working with another time accounting platform that did not handle expenses or multi-level approvals well enough to meet the company’s needs. The decision to switch to Journyx was based on the fact that Timesheet contains a good feature set, requires little effort to use and is reasonably priced.
Solution
DSI has more than thirty people, both contractors and employees, using Timesheet for all projects, both internal and external. Journyx Timesheet has changed the way DSI tracks time and manages expenses, and the results are clear. The company is now able to send out accurate invoices on the first business day of each month; a process that previously took up to two weeks. Other benefits, such as better tracking of vacation and sick days and short accounts receivable aging, have convinced DSI that the transition to Journyx Timesheet was the right move.
