Novar Professional Services determined that they were in need of a time tracking solution. Specifically, Novar PS needed to understand profitability on a more granular level, and to gain knowledge of exactly where employees spent their time across all departments. Novar PS only tracked time for employee payroll purposes. However, they realized that the true value lied in understanding how many hours employees worked on each customer account.
Due to another division’s success with Journyx Timesheet, Novar PS determined it was the right fit for their department, too.

Wurst pulls raw data monthly and sends it to the Finance department. Finance then uses the data to examine account profitability and sales labor, which they view at a per-person level. Additionally, Wurst uses Journyx data to pull Billable Utilization and Productive Utilization reports and shares the reports with other internal departments that need the information.
